• Study and specify the required IT equipment and program needs of the Ministry of Foreign.

• Review, study and evaluate the technical presentations on equipment system studies. 

• Specify the required technical needs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for contracted equipment and software. 

• Provide technical support for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs various departments, and to the diplomatic missions abroad.

• Follow up on the technical implementation of contracts and leased equipment and software. 

• Follow up on the purchase of equipment and software programs.

• Follow up on the implementation of contracts and maintenance for equipment and software.
