ASSISTANT FOREIGN MINISTER AFFAIRS FOR INSPECTION&AUDIT

Objectives:-

1. Carrying out administrative and financial audits related to the activities of the Ministry and the work of the government agency.
2. Ensuring the extent to which all departments of the agency are committed to implementing the decisions, regulations and administrative circulars issued by the agency, and following up on the implementation of the relevant decisions of the Council of Ministers, the Civil Service Council, the Civil Service Commission and the Ministry of Finance.
3. Reviewing the procedures for implementing the main financial and administrative activities of the agency, examining and evaluating them in the light of the approved financial and administrative policies.
4. Follow up on preparing reports and memoranda of the authority related to responding to the reports and observations of the various supervisory authorities in the country and expressing opinion on them.
5. Coordination and cooperation with various departments to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned terms to the fullest.
6. Preparing periodic reports on the results of the review and auditing of the agency's activities and achievements, and presenting them to the authority's officials, and indicating any obstacles or difficulties that may hinder the agency's work, and suggesting appropriate solutions to them.
7. Any other tasks assigned to the office by the minister concerned with supervising the government agency.
