Office of the Deputy Foreign Minister Specializations: -

• Supervises and implements the general policies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 
• Supervises the official communications between the State of Kuwait and its diplomatic missions abroad.
• Supervises the official outgoing communications to the honorable Council of Ministers. 
• Supervises the official incoming communications from the ministries and governmental institutions of the State of Kuwait. 
• Prepare plans and studies aimed at improving working mechanisms at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 
• Prepare political and administrative announcements to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Follow up on the implementation of ministerial policies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 
• Coordinate and communicate with ministerial departments and the Kuwait’s diplomatic missions abroad, in an effort to enhance the foreign diplomatic relations of the State of Kuwait with the international community. 
• Follow up on the high-ranking official visits of foreign delegations to the State of Kuwait. 
• Organize regular meetings of the diplomatic Crops at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Supervision of the work schedule and appointments of H. E. the Deputy Minister of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
