His Excellency Ambassador Majdi Ahmed Al-Dhafiri met with HE Ambassador of the Russian Federation Nikolai Makarov to the State of Kuwait on Monday, November 29, 2021. During the meeting, a number of aspects of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries were discussed. The meeting was attended by Ambassador Ayham Abdullatif Al-Omar, Assistant Foreign Minister for the Affairs of the Deputy Minister's Office.
