In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait's solidarity and sympathy with the Federal Republic of Germany, the Kingdom of Belgium, the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Duchy of Luxembourg due to the devastating floods that affected areas of those countries and led to dozens of victims and injured in addition to the displacement of others from their homes. The Ministry expressed its sincere condolences and genuine sympathy to the governments and peoples of these friendly countries and to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
