Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah met today, Wednesday, at the Ministry's Office with the President of the Arab Tourism Organization, Dr. Bandar bin Fahad Al-Fahid, on the occasion of his visit to the country. During the meeting, they discussed the frameworks for strengthening joint cooperation towards developing Arab tourism destinations and promising opportunities in the State of Kuwait and translating the decisions of the Arab Ministerial Council into policies and plans to promote the tourism industry in the Arab countries in support of the process of joint action.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Bandar Al-Faheed presented a gift represented by a historical piece of the cover of the Holy Kaaba to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, reviewing the history of the piece and its manuscript connotations on its scarf.
