Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah met today, Wednesday, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the State of Libya, Dr. Najla Al-Ma'uqoush, on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level at its 159th session in Cairo. At the beginning of the meeting, Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah congratulated the success of the State of Libya in the presidency of the Ministerial Council of the League of Arab States in its 158th session, praising its achievements in the framework of supporting and promoting the process of joint Arab action. During the meeting, they discussed the close bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries, reviewed the topics and issues raised at the ministerial meeting in its current session, and discussed regional and international developments, especially the current developments in the Libyan arena.
