Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah met on Friday with German Member of Parliament and Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the friendly Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Tobias Lindner, on the sidelines of the 59th Munich Security Conference. During the meeting, they discussed security challenges on the regional and international arenas, including the current developments of the Ukrainian crisis, the situation in the Middle East region, and developments in Yemen, Syria and Iran. The meeting also dealt with the close bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and their development and strengthening frameworks in a number of vital and important areas of common interest.
