• Enhance the economic relationship between the State of Kuwait and the international community.
• Coordinate with local, regional and international economic establishments. 
• Prepare regular economic studies and follow up on the latest economic affairs around the world.
• Participate in the regional and international meetings and conferences. 
• Prepare and follow up on the joint economic committees between the State of Kuwait and the countries of the world.
• Organize economic workshops and courses for the employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
